We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate our U.S. market expansion by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to utilize digital tools to generate high-quality leads that contribute directly to business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects in target U.S. markets, and execute lead generation campaigns across email, phone, and social platforms.
- Qualify leads through initial outreach and discovery conversations, ensuring alignment with company services and market objectives.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information, activities, and progress, while providing insights on lead quality, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation initiatives, marketing content, and overall pipeline development.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen lead generation strategies.
- Develop prospect databases and segment leads for targeted campaigns.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing to design and implement digital campaigns, webinars, and events that drive qualified leads.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling during the lead qualification process.
Job Specifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Sales from a recognized university; specialized sales training or certifications are an advantage.
- Native or near‑native English fluency (written and spoken), with advanced communication skills for engaging U.S. clients and senior management.
- 3 - 4 years of proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, ideally within BPO or outsourcing.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency, with the ability to engage U.S.-based prospects professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead generation tools.
- Solid understanding of U.S. business practices and communication styles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance, and refine strategies.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined in a remote work environment.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
