Lead Generation Specialist

Description:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. You’ll play a vital role in fueling our sales pipeline by finding high-quality prospects and sharing them with the team for follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate 25–30 high-quality leads daily from multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Bark, Meta (Facebook), Reddit, Threads, Instagram, and others.
• Use lead generation tools such as ContactsOut, Apollo, Lusha, SignalHire, and similar platforms.
• Build, manage, and maintain an organized database of leads on a daily basis.
• Report daily progress and lead performance to the Team Lead.
• Automate and optimize your daily workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation goals.

Requirements

➜ Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or agency-based lead generation.

➜ Strong command of lead generation and email prospecting tools.

➜ Excellent communication and reporting skills.

➜ Familiarity with the US, UK, Canada, and European markets.

➜ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

➜ Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) on-site in Karachi.
