We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us drive consistent business growth. If you have a sharp eye for opportunities, strong research skills, and experience generating high-quality leads in the international market, this role is for you!

🔑 Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, databases, and platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.).
• Develop and maintain lead lists for the sales team.
• Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth lead handover.
• Track, report, and optimize lead generation activities.
• Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for leads generated.

✅ Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation (IT/software industry preferred).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Self motivated, detail oriented, and target driven.
