Lead Generation Executive

Black Car Premium is a fast-growing Boston-based luxury transportation company. providing airport transfers, chauffeur services, and corporate travel.

 

We are looking for a highly driven Business Developer to help us expand aggressively by bringing in new clients, partnerships, and consistent bookings.

 

This is a **results-driven role** — if you are someone who enjoys outreach, closing deals, and building relationships, this role is for you.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Outbound Lead Generation

 

* Send **100–150 cold emails daily** to potential clients and partners

* Identify and target:

* Hotels

* Travel agencies

* Airbnb hosts

* Corporate offices

* Event planners

 

2. Follow-Up System

 

* Execute **5–7 follow-ups per lead**

* Maintain consistent communication until response or closure

 

3. SMS & Client Outreach

 

* Send SMS campaigns to warm leads and past clients

* Re-engage inactive customers

 

4. Partnership Development

 

Build and close partnerships with:

 

* Hotels

* Travel agents

* Corporate clients

 

Objective: Create long-term booking channels

 

5. Lead & CRM Management

 

* Maintain accurate records of all leads and conversations

* Track:

 

* Outreach

* Follow-ups

* Deal status

 

6. Performance Reporting

 

* Submit daily reports including:

 

* Emails sent

* Follow-ups completed

* Replies received

* Meetings booked

* Deals closed
