Lead Generation & Business Development Executive

Thrill Edge Technologies is looking for a motivated Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to help us generate new international clients and grow our web development business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Find and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email & other channels

• Send personalized outreach and generate qualified leads

• Handle initial client communication and follow-ups

• Maintain lead/prospect records and provide daily reports

• Work with our development team to convert qualified leads into projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales or business development

• Good English communication skills

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding and cold email

• Strong research and prospecting skills

• Ability to work with targets and daily KPIs
