🕐 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: USA working hours, Mon-Fri

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

✅ Identify and generate staff augmentation opportunities on online platforms and professional networks

✅ Prepare and submit well-structured bids and proposals tailored to client needs

✅ Monitor new listings and conduct market and client research

✅ Engage prospects, follow up on submitted bids and lead discovery and pricing discussions

✅ Negotiate terms and close deals to build long-term client relationships

✅ Maintain accurate records of bidding and pipeline activities

✅ Work closely with senior management and delivery teams on service offerings, resource availability and pricing

🔍 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

✅ Proven experience in business development within staff augmentation or services environment (healthcare experience is an advantage)

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and present confidently to international clients

✅ Hands-on proficiency with bidding and lead-generation platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn and similar), CRM tools and office productivity tools

✅ Solid understanding of staff augmentation models, resource pricing, engagement types and contract terms

✅ Good research and analytical abilities to evaluate project requirements, client profiles and competitors

✅ Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets and close deals

✅ Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

✅ Collaborative mindset with initiative and ownership

✅ Comfort with learning medical billing and healthcare terminology

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, IT or a related field is preferred
