Laboratory Technician

Description:

This is a full-time role supporting diagnostic and research activities at our Karachi facility. The role involves performing routine and specialized laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and management of leprosy and other communicable diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests including microscopy, hematology, and biochemical analyses.
• Ensure accurate recording and timely reporting of results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and inventory.
• Follow biosafety and quality control standards.
• Support data entry, documentation, and coordination with medical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory (experience in microbiology preferred).
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems and safety protocols.
