Junior Social Media Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Junior Social Media Manager to independently manage and grow multiple brand and personal profiles across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, creating posts, handling scheduling, and engaging with our audience across platforms. A strong sense of design, consistency, and the ability to take initiative are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and post to 2–3 profiles per platform regularly.
• Create 4–5 social posts weekly (mix of carousels and reels).s
• Design and publish LinkedIn content across 2–3 business/personal pages.
• Edit and post short-form videos (mainly for TikTok and Instagram).
• Write 1–2 blog articles per month (800–1,000 words).
• Engage with audiences daily for 35–45 minutes (comments, DMs, interactions).
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to content and strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing graphic design work (especially for social).
• Basic video editing skills (for short-form content).
• Experience managing brand or personal accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of trends, platform best practices, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
