Junior Manager

 

Description:

We are hiring a Junior Manager to support our daily operations and help our production, quality, and service teams run smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a growing manufacturing company works from the inside — coordinating people, tracking projects, and improving the way we do things.

 

This role is open to candidates from three backgrounds, and we welcome all three to apply:

 

• Mechanical — you understand how things are built, assembled, and maintained, and want to help keep production and quality on track.

 

• Electrical / Electronics — you are comfortable around digital systems and smart devices, and want to help ensure our inflators meet their technical standards.

 

• Business / Management — you are strong on planning, coordination, reporting, and communication, and want to help the whole operation run efficiently.

 

You do not need to be an expert in all three. We are looking for the right attitude and core strengths — the specialised knowledge can grow with the role.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

• Support daily operations and coordinate workflows across production, sales, and support teams.

• Help implement and maintain production and quality processes and standards.

• Monitor project timelines and keep work moving on schedule.

• Prepare reports and help track key operational metrics.

• Support inventory and resource planning.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders and help solve day-to-day operational problems.

• Contribute ideas and process improvements that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills — you can juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across different teams.

• A basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations (automotive or technical product experience is a plus).

• Analytical and problem-solving ability — you can spot issues, read data, and support good decisions.

• Comfort with office productivity tools (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) and a willingness to learn new systems.

• Able to work on-site in Islāmābād and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Most of all: a genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into wider responsibilities.
