Description:

We are looking for a full-time Junior Executive - Business Development (Front Sales Closer) to join our team in Karachi for an on-site role. The Junior Executive will be responsible for driving sales and closing deals in the eBook domain. Responsibilities include engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. The Junior Executive will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients, track progress using CRM tools, and meet monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for sales in the digital publishing space.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Sales Closer, ideally in the eBook or digital services industry
  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the eBook or digital publishing industry is a plus
