ONE2W is seeking a proactive Junior Business Development Officer with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in business development while gaining hands-on experience in proposal creation, online bidding, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business opportunities
- Assist in preparing professional proposals and presentations
- Create visually appealing documents using Canva
- Handle Upwork, Fiverr, and other platform bidding to acquire new clients
- Communicate effectively with prospects through calls, email, and messaging
- Support senior business development staff in sales tasks and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM entries and track lead progress
- Participate in client meetings and help with note-taking and follow-ups
- Contribute ideas to improve sales and outreach processes
Requirements:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Hands-on experience with Canva for design and proposal creation
- Basic understanding of business development and sales operations
- Confidence in doing online bidding on platforms like Upwork & Fiverr
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
