Junior Business Development Officer

ONE2W is seeking a proactive Junior Business Development Officer with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in business development while gaining hands-on experience in proposal creation, online bidding, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential business opportunities
• Assist in preparing professional proposals and presentations
• Create visually appealing documents using Canva
• Handle Upwork, Fiverr, and other platform bidding to acquire new clients
• Communicate effectively with prospects through calls, email, and messaging
• Support senior business development staff in sales tasks and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM entries and track lead progress
• Participate in client meetings and help with note-taking and follow-ups
• Contribute ideas to improve sales and outreach processes

Requirements:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Hands-on experience with Canva for design and proposal creation
• Basic understanding of business development and sales operations
• Confidence in doing online bidding on platforms like Upwork & Fiverr
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
