Junior Business Development Officer

We are AwaitSol – a tech-driven software and digital solutions company offering web and mobile development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, digital marketing, and custom software services.

We’re looking to hire a Part-Time Junior Business Development Officer (BDO) with 1–3 years of proven experience specifically on Upwork. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Upwork platform, knows how to win projects, and is eager to grow with an ambitious tech company.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads and opportunities via Upwork and similar platforms
• Write compelling and customized Upwork proposals
• Manage Upwork profile and client communications professionally
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email to supplement Upwork efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare budgets, proposals, and project strategies
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation of the sales pipeline

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience on Upwork in B2B sales or agency lead generation
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Experience in proposal writing, lead generation, and client engagement
• Familiarity with IT services like mobile apps, websites, SaaS, UI/UX, etc.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
