Hiring: Procurement Manager – MSP / IT Services

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Procurement Manager to lead enterprise-wide procurement for a growing MSP / IT services organization. This role plays a critical part in building global vendor partnerships, optimizing costs, and supporting enterprise service delivery.

🔹 Role Overview:
The Procurement Manager will drive strategic sourcing initiatives across IT hardware, software, cloud platforms, telecom, data centers, and professional services while ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and service continuity.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with MSP service offerings
✔ Lead negotiations for MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, cloud consumption & enterprise licensing agreements
✔ Manage OEMs, ISVs, cloud hyperscalers, telecom partners & subcontractors
✔ Drive vendor governance frameworks (QBRs, scorecards, risk reviews)
✔ Ensure procurement supports client onboarding, SLAs & enterprise growth
✔ Partner with Finance for margin protection and cost optimization
✔ Support RFPs, bids & commercial negotiations

🔹 Requirements:
• 5–8 years of progressive procurement experience (IT / MSP preferred)
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing & global vendor negotiations
• Proven leadership & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, commercial & problem-solving abilities
