This is an on-site, contract role for an Investment Consultant – Real Estate based in Lahore. The Investment Consultant will be responsible for identifying and analyzing real estate market trends, managing client portfolios, and providing strategic investment advice. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting investment opportunities, and assisting clients in selecting the best property based on their needs and financial goals. The role requires maintaining long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market trends, Investment Strategies, and Property Management
• Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Financial Assessments
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client-Relationship Management capabilities
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Media & Marketing strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or investment consulting is a plus
