Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and market trends
• Manage client inquiries, meetings, and follow-ups professionally
• Promote and sell real estate projects aligned with client needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or investment advisory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus
