Educational Consultant

Description:

Global Edu Path helps Pakistani students get into US universities, often with big scholarships. Our students have won over $5M in scholarships so far, and we're growing fast for the Fall 2027 cycle. We're looking for a consultant who knows the US admissions and visa process inside out and can own a client's journey from first call to visa approval.

What you'll do

• Guide students through the full US admissions process: university shortlisting, applications, essays/SOPs, recommendation letters and scholarship applications

• Handle undergraduate and graduate (master's) applications, including Early Action and Early Decision deadlines

• Prepare and file DS-160 forms accurately for every client

• Run F-1 visa interview prep and mock interviews so students walk in confident

• Help with I-20s, SEVIS fee, financial documents and pre-departure guidance

• Manage and follow up with leads (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls), qualify them and turn them into paying clients

• Keep client records and lead pipelines updated and organized

• Give basic guidance on other study destinations (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) when a student asks

What we're looking for

• [2+] years of experience in US admissions or education consulting

• Strong knowledge of the DS-160, F-1 visa process and US Embassy interviews in Pakistan

• Good understanding of US universities, scholarships and financial aid

• Basic knowledge of admissions in other countries is a plus

• Excellent English and Urdu, written and spoken

• Comfortable with sales conversations and following up with leads

• Organized, reliable and able to handle multiple clients at once

• Bonus: you studied in the US yourself or have a strong visa success record
