Inventory Management Executive

Description:

Azam Enterprises is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Inventory Management Executive to manage and monitor inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate effectively with warehouse and procurement teams.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure accurate inventory availability.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update stock movements.

• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock planning and replenishment.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of goods.

• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical inventory counts.

• Monitor stock receiving, dispatch, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain proper inventory documentation and prepare inventory reports.

• Use and maintain inventory records through ERP systems.

• Perform store reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

• Support efficient warehouse and inventory management operations.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.

• Must have knowledge of ERP systems.

• Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
