Description:
We're looking for a fresh graduate to join our procurement team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those interested in global supply chain operations within the organic raw material industry.
You'll Learn To:
- Assist with the monthly requirements of raw materials in order to avoid shortages.
- Maintain all the technical documents for samples and commercial orders.
- Follow up on the sample status with the sales team.
- Work with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to coordinate the import of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and work to optimize the supply chain for international suppliers.
- Manage relationships with international clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Improve the import process and identify cost-saving opportunities for international clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an import or logistics role.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional email correspondence.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of regulations and certifications for organic raw materials is a strong advantage.
