• Able to manage projects and communicate with clients.
• Serve as clients' main point of contact, learn about their business needs, and provide knowledgeable advice on how to integrate retail or insurance software solutions to meet those objectives.
• Comply with the project plan, due dates, tasks, and milestones.
• Contribute to problem-solving throughout the development and post implementation stages.
• Proficiency in 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐑/𝐅𝐒 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐔𝐀𝐓, and 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲.
