Description:

Noor Care Hospital, a growing healthcare institution committed to delivering high-quality patient care in South Punjab, is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen its HR operations at the Rajanpur facility.

 

Location: Noor Care Hospital, Rajanpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Hospital Director

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s operational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
  • Oversee staff attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies.
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs.
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and healthcare HR protocols.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and report generation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams.
