The Human Resources Intern will play a vital role in supporting the company’s HR department by managing a variety of essential HR activities. You will assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with labor laws. Your daily tasks will include handling personnel management duties such as maintaining detailed and accurate HR records, managing employee benefits programs, and supporting recruitment activities, including screening candidates and assisting with employee onboarding and orientation processes.

Communication and interpersonal skills will be key as you will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. This role offers hands-on experience in HR management within a technology-driven business environment, making it an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR skills.

The ideal candidate will have some foundational knowledge of human resources principles, employee benefits, and personnel management. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively juggle multiple HR responsibilities. Experience with HR software and digital tools is considered a plus, though not mandatory.
