HR Manager – Pakistan

Reports To: CEO

Role: Lead the full HR agenda for Pakistan as a trusted advisor to the CEO on people, organizational and ethical matters. Own HR data integrity in BambooHR, support the rollout of the regional salary grading framework & lead employee relations and ethics casework.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's or HR certification (SHRM/CIPD) preferred
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years advising senior leadership
Sound knowledge of Pakistani labour law and statutory schemes (EOBI, SESSI, minimum wage)
Experience in a regulated, multinational or matrixed organization preferred. Healthcare/pharma/medical device background is a plus
