Position: HR Manager – Pakistan

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Company Name: Briogene (Pvt) Limited | Getz Healthcare Pakistan

Reports To: CEO

Experience: 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years advising senior leadership

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM/CIPD) preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall HR agenda for Pakistan.
* Advise the CEO on people, organizational, and ethical matters.
* Maintain HR data integrity in BambooHR.
* Support the rollout of the regional salary grading framework.
* Lead employee relations and ethics casework.
* Ensure HR practices align with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

* 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
* At least 3 years of experience advising senior leadership.
* Sound knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and statutory schemes, including EOBI, SESSI, and minimum-wage requirements.
* Experience in a regulated, multinational, or matrixed organization preferred.
* Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical-device industry experience is an advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or SHRM/CIPD certification preferred.
