JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Managing recruitment, CV screening, and interviews
✔️ Preparing offer letters and coordinating employee joining
✔️ Handling employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
✔️ Managing attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs
✔️ Coordinating payroll and resolving discrepancies
✔️ Maintaining HR files and updating HRIS records
