📍 Location: Karachi — Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Work closely with senior management on HR strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
