We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment support: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
3. Administrative tasks: Provide support with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing and document organization.
4. Employee engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
5. Policy development: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Research and analysis: Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program.
(HR, Business, or related field).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented and organized.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with HR software and systems.
