Wrap Lab, a fast-growing and dynamic organization, is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh BBA graduates to kickstart their professional journey in Human Resources. As a Paid HR Intern, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in core HR functions, with the possibility of securing a permanent role based on performance.

This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to HR practices, processes, and tools. The selected candidates will assist in various aspects of the HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, internal communications, and more. The internship spans three months, and top-performing individuals will be considered for a full-time HR role at Wrap Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support employee onboarding procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Aid in HR operations such as recordkeeping, attendance management, and compliance tracking.

  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support internal HR campaigns.

  • Use HR software tools for payroll, performance tracking, and reporting purposes.

  • Communicate effectively with staff and report directly to the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a BBA degree (preferably with a major in HR).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Eager to learn, professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude.

Stipend: Paid Internship
Career Path: Possibility of a permanent HR position based on performance during the internship.
