We at NCRI Solutions are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team for a night shift, onsite role at our Islamabad office.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment support
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance, shift coordination & HR records
HR operations and employee coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Willingness to work night shift
Strong communication and organizational skills
