The IEIS Group Ltd Pakistan is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated professional to join its Lahore-based team as the Head of Student Conversion & Engagement. This leadership role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding education consultancy firm dedicated to international student recruitment and guidance.

As the Head of Student Conversion & Engagement, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and refining strategies that maximize student conversions—from inquiry through to enrolment—and elevate student engagement across all touchpoints. Your primary focus will be on improving the student journey, increasing application-to-enrolment rates, and ensuring a superior support experience for prospective students aiming to study abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage student conversion strategies across all stages of the admissions funnel.

• Design and execute student engagement campaigns to enhance communication, trust, and brand loyalty.

• Develop and implement data-driven approaches to monitor and boost student conversion rates.

• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging and support.

• Supervise and train counselling and student services staff to optimize service delivery.

• Utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to streamline workflows and track performance metrics.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education partners to provide personalized support and consultation.

• Innovate and improve existing student support systems and engagement channels.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Study Abroad / International Education industry.

• Proven track record of leading conversion campaigns and managing high-performing teams.

• Strong understanding of international student recruitment processes and country-specific admission trends (UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a student-first mindset.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and performance analytics tools is a plus.
