Shadow Teacher

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to the assigned student during classroom activities

Help the student follow instructions, routines, and classroom expectations

Support behavioural, academic, and social goals set by the therapy team

Adapt materials and activities under teacher/therapist guidance

Track and report the student's progress regularly

Collaborate with class teachers, therapists, and parents

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field preferred)

Prior experience with children with special needs is a plus

Patience, empathy, and strong observation skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
