Study Bazaar is looking for a motivated, professional, and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in student counselling, particularly in study abroad admissions, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding international education opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.

• Guide students through the complete admission process, from initial consultation to application submission.

• Assist with documentation, application preparation, and admission follow-ups.

• Provide accurate information about study destinations, visa requirements, and relevant procedures.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.

• Maintain student records, update CRM systems, and prepare regular progress reports.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and their parents.

🔹 Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in student counselling or the study abroad consultancy industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

• Good knowledge of international education systems, university admissions, and student visa processes.

• Strong client-handling, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple applications, and meet assigned targets.

• A professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and a student-first mindset.
