Icon Global is seeking motivated, results-driven professionals to join our team as B2B Growth Executive – (US Market) in the hotel textile industry. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy connecting with international clients, particularly in the US hospitality sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage B2B relationships with hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, and textile buyers in the US market.
  • Engage with purchasing managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers to generate business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell hotel textile products including linens, towels, bedding, and related solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Record sales activities and client interactions accurately using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B international sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shift (US hours).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus) and MS Office.
