Description:

We are hiring a results-driven "Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist" who builds and manages a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and modern lead generation platforms. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and creating new business opportunities using structured outbound strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and prospect potential clients using lead generation platforms and tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Instantly, etc.)
  • Plan and manage personalized email outreach campaigns
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce services and schedule meetings
  • Build, manage, and nurture a consistent prospect pipeline
  • Track outreach performance metrics and optimize messaging strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and meeting-booking targets

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar platforms
  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
