Description:
We are seeking a Growth & Brand Lead to drive the strategic direction of marketing, brand positioning, lead generation, and growth initiatives.
This is a strategic leadership role — not a posting or design role.
You will:
• Define brand direction
• Build structured marketing funnels
• Guide advertising & promotion strategy
• Align marketing with revenue goals
• Lead and structure the internal marketing team
You will work closely with the CEO and supervise:
• Social Media Officer
• Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Define clear market positioning for LearnTech
• Strengthen brand authority across corporate and education sectors
• Refine messaging across website and digital platforms
• Develop quarterly brand roadmap
Growth & Lead Generation Strategy
• Build structured B2B marketing funnel
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Design demand-generation campaigns
• Align marketing efforts with sales pipeline
• Establish measurable KPIs
Advertising, PR & Promotion
• Guide LinkedIn and digital authority strategy
• Oversee paid campaigns (if activated)
• Identify PR and partnership opportunities
• Position LearnTech as thought leader in LMS & corporate learning ecosystem
Team Leadership & Systems
• Provide strategic direction to Social Media Officer
• Guide creative direction for Designer
• Implement SOPs and performance tracking
• Conduct structured monthly marketing review
Revenue Alignment
• Work closely with CEO on revenue targets
• Ensure marketing contributes to lead quality
• Track CAC, funnel conversion & ROI
• Build predictable pipeline support system
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–8 years experience in Marketing / Growth / Brand Strategy
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Digital Solutions
• Strong commercial mindset
• Ability to think strategically and structure execution
