this role is focused on execution, structure, team management, and operational excellence. you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, teams stay accountable, and performance standards are consistently met.

this is not a strategy or marketing role it is a pure operations leadership role where ownership, discipline, and execution matter most.

💼 role overview

you will act as the most senior person on-site, responsible for:

• overseeing daily office operations

• leading and managing the entire team

• ensuring accountability, discipline, and productivity

• tracking kpis, performance, and output quality

• enforcing deadlines, processes, and structure

• reporting directly to senior leadership

• identifying and resolving operational issues proactively

• maintaining a high-performance work culture

• supporting hiring, onboarding, and team development

• managing office administration, vendors, and general operations

• 4+ years in a leadership role (gm / head of office / operations lead)

• mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency

• strong people management and leadership skills

• proven ability to manage team performance & kpis

• excellent communication and reporting skills
