We are looking for a dedicated and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Manage all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and manage booking systems.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, room options, and local attractions.
- Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain a neat and professional front desk area.
- Assist with guest services such as handling luggage and providing directions.
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Excellent customer service skills and a guest-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in a hotel or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
