• Manage vehicle procurement, leasing, and disposal processes.

• Lead and develop a team of fleet technicians and drivers.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee the fleet budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience at a reputable fleet management company (trucking experience essential).
• Proven track record in managing large fleets and optimizing their performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with fleet management software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
