Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a personalized luxury shopping experience
• Understand customer needs and offer styling and product recommendations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zuria Dor products, collections, and brand story
• Manage client data and follow up for repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion, luxury brands, and customer service
• Ability to understand styling, fabrics, and product details
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
