We're Hiring: Export Manager – Textiles
📍 *Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi*

We are looking for the Export Manager-Textiles to join at our Maymar Office, who shall be leading the company’s international business growth by developing export strategies, identifying new markets, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing the entire export process—including documentation, logistics, and compliance—while promoting textile products globally through trade shows, campaigns, and digital platforms. The manager will negotiate with international clients and suppliers, maintain strong business relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, they will guide and mentor the export team, monitor performance through KPIs, and provide regular insights to management on export sales and market trends.

Requirements:
•MBA (Textile Management) or MSc / MS in Textile Engineering or Industrial Management. Bachelors’ degree holders may also be considered within the same domain.
•In-depth understanding of export procedures, documentation, LCs, customs clearance, international trade regulations etc.
•Ability to identify new international markets, analyze competition, and develop market entry strategies, with strong networking and relationship-building skills with overseas buyers, distributors, and agents.
•Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients and suppliers. Also, should have good knowledge of global textile trends
•Ability to monitor KPIs, analyse market trends, and provide management with insights on export performance.
•Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), MS Office, and CRM tools for export operations and reporting etc.
•Min. 7 to 10 years of experience required within the same domain (Textiles Exports)
•Candidates who can join immediately shall be preferred.
•Candidates reside nearby Gulshan-e-Maymar shall be preferred.
