Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Explosive Executive to manage explosive licensing, storage compliance, and regulatory coordination for our petroleum depots and retail network. The ideal candidate will ensure all operations comply with the Explosives Act, PESO/DG Licensing, and safety standards set by relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage applications, renewals, and compliance for Explosives Licenses under the Explosives Rules.

· Liaise with the Department of Explosives, PESO, and other regulatory bodies.

· Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of explosive and petroleum storage sites.

· Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

· Support the Operations and Engineering teams during depot and retail development projects.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, safety codes, and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in Explosives Licensing / Regulatory Affairs in an Oil Marketing

· Strong understanding of Explosives Rules, 2010, and Ogra/PESO guidelines.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills with government authorities.
