The Expert Recruiter plays a critical role in understanding client project requirements and identifying suitable subject matter experts to participate in qualitative and quantitative research projects such as online surveys, focus groups, and consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and comprehend project briefs, timelines, and required sample sizes.

• Source and recruit qualified participants using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online search engines, and other public data sources.

• Screen potential experts to match them with the specific criteria of each project.

• Submit expert profiles for team and client review and approval.

• Manage expert communication, calendar scheduling, and consultation coordination.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each participant, including payment information and contact details.

• Address expert concerns throughout the onboarding and engagement process.

• Ensure compliance with internal workflows and information security policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences or a related field.

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Skilled in negotiation, influence, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
