DDC Solutions is a dynamic and growing UK-based organization specializing in town planning, surveying, and ecology. With our expanding team in Islamabad, we are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our Pakistan office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UK standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters.
• Develop and manage training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience working with a UK-based organization is a plus but not required.
