Executive / Senior Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team as Executive / Senior Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of high-impact projects while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with sales teams, customers, internal resources, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs.
• Conduct risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Measure project performance using established systems, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage third-party vendor payments and process invoices efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
• Preferred certification: CCNA.
• Strong understanding of network and transmission media (guided and unguided).
• Proficiency in working with termination devices such as routers, switches, radio equipment, GPON ONT, and VSAT/4G modems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project for reporting and project tracking.
