Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for daily operational queries from branches across Pakistan — city and outstation — and resolve them fast.
- Manage open Delivery Notes end-to-end: investigate, coordinate, and close.
- Review and approve branch invoices, and keep exchange cases moving to closure.
- Conduct monthly operational audits across all RECH branches and present findings to management.

- 2–4 years of core operations experience — medical device, pharma, or healthcare distribution is a strong plus.
- Hands-on SAP experience (Logistics / Store modules) is highly preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; comfortable with Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communicator — you can run a training session as confidently as you can write a report.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
- Comfortable with travel to outstation branches for audits and support.
