A reputable university in Karachi is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead its Executive Development Centre (EDC). The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding executive education and professional development programs while fostering strong industry collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for executive education and professional development programs.

• Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and stakeholders to design and deliver effective training solutions.

• Manage end-to-end program execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Build partnerships with organizations to identify emerging skills and workforce trends.

• Oversee internship programs, job placements, scholarships, career counseling, alumni engagement, and industry liaison initiatives.

Education & Experience:

• MBA/MS from a recognized university.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a well-reputed institute or university.

• Demonstrated experience in program management and industry partnerships.
