Cybernet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive - PMO - Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to infrastructure project management, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clarity in objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and availability for project requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies for risk mitigation.
- Implement and uphold processes for managing scope, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to measure and improve project performance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the infrastructure domain.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while working under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
