This is an entry level full-time, on-site Event Planner role located in Karachi. The Event Planner will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include managing event budgets, communicating effectively with clients and vendors, and driving sales for event-related services. The role requires creating detailed plans, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of events while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and deliver high-quality events.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Budgeting expertise to manage financial aspects and ensure cost-effective event execution.
• Sales skills to promote and sell event-related services and offerings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in event planning or a similar role is highly desirable. However recent graduates should apply too.
