We Are Hiring: ESG Manager
Location: Karachi (On-site)
Company: Sustainability Consulting Firm
Experience Required: 8–12 years (Big 4 Sustainability/ESG experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ESG, climate, and sustainability engagements, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met
• Oversee development of comprehensive carbon footprints (Scope 1, 2, and 3), including data frameworks, emission factor selection, calculations, and reporting
• Manage and facilitate materiality assessments, including stakeholder mapping, survey design, interviews, and double materiality alignment
• Develop, review, and quality-check ESG, sustainability, and climate disclosures aligned with global and regional standards
• Lead client advisory on decarbonization strategies, target setting, carbon offsets, environmental markets, and climate-risk analysis
• Oversee execution of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and development of Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
• Manage Green Building certification processes (LEED/BREEAM/EDGE), including documentation and coordination with certifiers
• Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes, and client presentations, supporting business development
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and relationship management
• Develop ESG data models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting templates for internal and client use
• Provide thought leadership on ESG trends, sector insights, and best practices through internal knowledge sessions

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, Climate, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in ESG or sustainability consulting (Big 4 experience preferred)
• Strong project management capability with experience leading teams and managing client engagements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex information
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs
• Strong client-handling skills and professional judgement
