Enrollment Conselor

Description:

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Enrollment Counselor to help prospective learners choose the right professional certification programs. The successful candidate will engage with inquiries, provide accurate program information, and guide candidates through the enrollment process while achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand learners' educational and career goals to recommend suitable certification programs.
Manage inbound and outbound leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and address their questions.
Achieve individual monthly enrollment targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Stay informed about certification programs, admission requirements, and promotional campaigns.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
