BTCM – Brake Time Corner Market is hiring an English Communication Executive for night shift operations. The role requires strong spoken and written English skills to manage internal coordination, reporting, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle professional communication via calls, emails, and chats
• Coordinate with branches and internal departments
• Prepare daily operational and communication reports
• Monitor night shift activities and escalate issues
• Maintain communication logs and documentation
• Support audit and compliance-related communication
• Follow up on pending tasks and updates
• Assist management in operational coordination

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge
• Ability to work night shift
• Good attention to detail
• Fresh to 2 years experience preferred
